420foryou is committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Shipping options and delivery estimates will be presented at checkout based on your location and the carrier selected.

Orders are typically processed in a timely manner once payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary based on product availability, seller fulfillment timelines, and order volume.

Shipping methods may include major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or equivalent services. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed; actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather events, or other factors outside of our control.

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and will depend on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times may include:

  • Standard Shipping: typically a few business days

  • Expedited Shipping: faster delivery for an additional fee

  • Overnight / Priority Options: where available

Free shipping promotions may apply when specified in the Marketplace or during checkout. If a free or discounted shipping promotion applies, restrictions, minimum order values, or blackout dates may be in effect.

3. Address Accuracy and Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. 420foryou is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, returned packages, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping fees may be charged before reshipment.

4. Age Verification and Delivery Requirements

Certain orders may require age verification at checkout and an adult signature upon delivery where permitted by law and offered by the carrier. Orders that fail required verification may be delayed, held for pickup, or canceled.

5. Returns Eligibility

420foryou accepts returns of products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within a specified return window (typically up to 30 days from delivery). Products returned outside of this condition may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, you must contact support and receive prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

6. Return Shipping and Procedures

Once return authorization is granted, you will receive instructions on where to send the item(s). Return packaging should be secure to prevent damage in transit, and tracking information should be shared with support.

7. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged item confirmed by support.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact support promptly after delivery with clear documentation (including photos showing the product and packaging condition). Verified damaged or defective items will be resolved through replacement or refund, at 420foryou’s discretion. You may be asked to provide additional information to process the claim.

9. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered where available. Exchange eligibility, shipping terms, and price differences (if any) will be communicated at the time of the request.

10. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Opened, used, or consumable products

  • Items missing original packaging

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

This Shipping & Returns Policy may be updated over time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the 420foryou Marketplace after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
